Kuriyama Mirai is a first year high school student who just moved to Nagatsuki City. She's very slight, standing at 5' even. She has pinkish strawberry blonde hair, golden brown eyes, and a pale complexion. She is usually seen wearing her pink cardigan, a golden band on her bandaged right hand, and a pair of red framed glasses.

She is also the last of the Kuriyama clan, who have the ability to manipulate their blood and use it as a weapon. She is a Spirit World Warrior, one of those who hunt youmu. It pays the bills. Sort of. Mirai is usually in a state of flat broke, hungry, and ranting about it on her blog.
